Manning One Pty Ltd was established in 2011 and operates as Manning Electrical and Manning Resources (Commercial Facilities Management).

Manning ElectricalTodd Manning, Director has extensive skills and experience in the electrical sector, developed throughout his 25 year career as an Electrical Practitioner and over 20 years as an Electrical Contractor.  His approach is professional and innovative, with a continued awareness of, and interest in, new technology.  Todd is genuinely motivated to work with clients, building rapport and developing long term relationships.  Throughout his career he has developed and maintained excellent technical skills and knowledge and is able to utilise this to the benefit of our clients.  Todd is a member of the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) and is committed to continuing professional development.  He is Hazardous Areas Qualified, a WPCG Permit Officer, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmospheres qualified.

Julie Manning, Director has over 25 years experience in human resources and work health and safety gained while working outside the business.  In 2023 she moved her focus to working full time in the business.  She prioritises a culture of safety and works with the team and our clients to ensure continuous improvement.  Julie’s extensive human resources experience includes industrial relations, strategic planning, change management, policy development, recruitment and learning and development.  Her work in the work health and safety space has been significant, including policy development, compliance, risk management, injury management, benchmarking, audits and reporting.  Julie is a Board Director with Community Transport Service Tasmania (CTST).

Kate Cunliffe, Operations Managers commenced with the organisation in 2018 and brings with her significant knowledge of the building and construction industry coupled with extensive experience in management.  Throughout her career she has developed exceptional customer relations skills and demonstrates this with a professional and organised approach.  She leads our workforce and equally works closely with clients at a senior level.  Kate is WPCG Certified and Gas Test Atmospheres qualified.

Ben Sinnitt, Project Coordinator commenced with the organisation in 2016 and is a qualified Electrical Practitioner.  His technical knowledge is extensive and is key when he is working with clients and the workforce on projects.  Ben mentors the organisations Electrical Apprentices ensuring excellence with their learning and development.  Ben is WPCG Certified, Confined Space qualified, Gas Test Atmospheres qualified and is currently working towards a Diploma in Project Management.
